It’s that time of year again! Pumpkin spice season?! Nopes! (My 3 year old has recently started saying ‘Nopes’ instead of nope and I think it’s really ridiculous and cute!) It’s Mini Session season! I’m already getting questions about the difference between my mini’s and my full sessions so I thought I would break it down here to make it easier to choose.

What is included in a mini session?

A mini session with me includes a 15 minute time slot at a location of my choice, a digital gallery of 8-10 hand edited images, & a virtual styling tool to help coordinate outfits. The investment for a mini session is $125.

A mini session is perfect for you if

  • You mostly just need some images to put on a holiday card & prefer focusing on images where everyone is looking at the camera and smiling.

  • Would rather keep it short and simple.

  • If you have a smaller budget to work with a mini session is a wonderful way to get some updated photos and also get a small taste of what a full session with me is like.

  • Are flexible with scheduling & location.

What is included in a full session?

A full session with me includes a 60 minute time slot at a location we choose together, a digital gallery of 30+ hand edited digital images, & a virtual styling tool to help coordinate outfits. The investment for a full session is $325.

A full session is perfect for you if

  • You want the full experience. You are interested in posed and unposed shots, & a slower paced experience.

  • You want more images. During a full session we will have time to relax a bit more than with a mini session and have time play around with posing. (One of the other plus sides of doing a full session is that most people feel more relaxed during the last half of their session and therefore look more natural in their photos.)

  • If you have not had family photos updated in a while. I really think it’s worth investing in a full session and taking the time to pause and connect with each-other and update those family photos at least once a year.

  • Have a specific location or date in mind.

  • Specifically want golden hour photos. Mini session spots are first come first serve and there will only be a few true golden hour slots available.

Please remember I only offer Mini sessions 1-2 times a year. If you decide a mini session is a perfect fit for your family jump on it when they go live because you don’t want to miss your chance! To book a mini session you will need to follow my social media accounts and sign up for a slot when the mini session dates are announced.
